The Aura Altar was created from a journey of self-discovery, healing, and reconnecting with inner strength.

Like many, I spent years learning the importance of balance—between caring for others and honoring myself. That journey led me to explore spiritual tools and practices that helped me feel more grounded, centered, and aligned.

What began with crystals naturally expanded into a deeper path of meditation, energy awareness, and intentional living. Over time, I began working with tarot, pendulums, herbs, and essential oils—creating blends and rituals designed to support self-love, clarity, protection, and manifestation.

My path continued to evolve through Reiki attunement, energy work, and sound healing, deepening my understanding of the connection between mind, body, and spirit. These practices became a meaningful part of my daily life and personal growth.

As a licensed aesthetician, I’ve also come to see self-care as more than surface-level—it’s a ritual. Skincare, like spiritual practice, is a way to nurture, honor, and reconnect with yourself.

This philosophy inspired not only my work, but also my book, Ageless Glow: Skincare Secrets for Every Stage of Life, where I share insights on confidence, self-care, and beauty from within.
