After purchasing, you'll be asked to share your question and a little context about the situation if you feel it's helpful.
You don't need to tell me your entire story. Share only what you feel comfortable sharing.
3. I Prepare Your Reading
Before beginning, I take time to create a quiet, intentional space, ground my energy, connect with your question, shuffle the cards, and allow the reading to unfold naturally.
I may pull additional clarification cards when I feel they're needed.
4. Your Personal Reading Is Recorded
Your spread and interpretation will be recorded privately for you.
Rather than rushing through a live session, this format gives me time to sit with your cards and thoughtfully communicate what I'm seeing within the reading.
5. Receive Your Private Video
Your personalized reading will generally be delivered within 3–5 business days.
You'll receive a private link where you can watch your reading in your own time and revisit it whenever you feel called to.

The way you ask your question can make a beautiful difference in the depth of your reading.
I encourage open-ended questions rather than questions that require a simple yes or no.
Instead of:
“Will they come back?”
Consider:
“What energy currently surrounds this connection, and what would be helpful for me to understand moving forward?”
Instead of:
“Will I get the job?”
Consider:
“What should I understand about the energy surrounding this career opportunity?”
Tarot is most powerful when we use it as a tool for reflection, awareness, possibilities, and guidance—not absolute certainty.
🌙 A Note About Tarot & Free Will
Tarot reflects the energies, patterns, possibilities, and guidance present at the time of your reading.
It does not determine your destiny.
Energy can shift. Circumstances can change. Other people have free will—and so do you.
Because of this, I will never promise that a particular event, relationship, outcome, or timeline is guaranteed to occur.
My intention is to help you explore what the cards are showing so that you can move forward with greater awareness and trust in your own intuition.
🔮 Questions I Do Not Read On
To keep my readings responsible and aligned with the purpose of The Aura Altar, I do not provide readings intended to:
• Diagnose medical or mental-health conditions
• Determine pregnancy or paternity
• Predict death or serious illness
• Replace legal advice
• Make financial or investment decisions
• Provide certainty regarding dangerous or emergency situations
• Determine another person's exact location, activities, or private thoughts
Relationship readings are absolutely welcome, but the reading will focus on the energy and dynamics surrounding the connection and the guidance available to you, rather than presenting another person's private thoughts or actions as fact.
✨ Clarifying Questions
A clarifying question allows you to better understand something I already discussed within your reading.
For example:
“When you discussed the Eight of Cups, did you feel that message related more to me or the overall relationship?”
A completely new subject or a request to pull additional cards about a different question is considered a new readingrather than a clarification.
This boundary allows me to give every client the time and attention their reading deserves.

Your recorded reading is created specifically for you.
I will not publicly share your name, personal question, private information, or complete reading without your permission.
From time to time, I may ask clients whether they would be comfortable allowing an anonymous testimonial to be shared. Permission will always be requested first.
⏳ Turnaround Time
Private video readings are generally completed within 3–5 business days after I receive the information needed to begin your reading.
During periods of higher demand, turnaround times may occasionally be slightly longer.
If that occurs, I will communicate with you.
I would rather give your reading the time and attention it deserves than rush through your message simply to meet a clock.
🌙 Cancellations & Refunds
Because each reading is a personalized service created specifically for you, cancellations are accepted only before preparation of your reading has begun.
Once I have begun preparing, pulling cards, interpreting, recording, or delivering your personalized reading, the service is non-refundable.
If for any reason The Aura Altar is unable to complete your purchased reading, you will receive a refund for the uncompleted service.
Purchasing a tarot reading does not guarantee a particular message or desired outcome.
