Refund Policy

At The Aura Altar, your happiness and satisfaction are at the heart of everything we do. If something isn’t quite right with your order, we’ll work with you to make it right.

How to Start a Return

  • Please contact us first to receive approval and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  • Write “RETURNS DEPT.” and your RMA # clearly on the outside of the package.

  • Include your order number inside the box so we can quickly and accurately process your return.

What Can Be Returned

  • Items must be in resalable condition and purchased within the last 30 days.

  • Oils that have been transferred into plastic containers cannot be accepted.

  • Discontinued or clearance items are final sale.

Return & Restocking Details

  • Refused packages will be charged return shipping plus a $2 handling fee.

  • Returns received after 30 days may be accepted at our discretion and are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

  • If a package is returned or refused without prior approval, all related shipping costs will be billed back to your account.

Damaged or Missing Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, don’t worry—we’ll handle the claim directly with the shipping carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.) so you don’t have to.
